Meet the team – Dr Navidah Munday

Dr Munday is our specialist periodontist – that is, she is an expert in preventing and treating gum disease. Although most people mostly think about the health of their teeth, the gums are just as important (if not more important) because they help to keep the teeth in place. Dr Munday says she loves to help patients achieve a healthy and pain-free mouth.  

After graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2004, Dr Munday pursued further training and experience, gaining accreditation from the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) at the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2011, then passing the specialist exams at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

Her favourite part of Leighton Buzzard is Rushmere Park and the canal, where she enjoys long walks.
