Our Dedicated Dental Team committed to excellence
Many of the Cherry Trees Dental Team have been with the practice since its conception in the 1980’s, although in 2016 we sadly said goodbye to two of our longest standing team members who retired from dentistry. Principal Dentist, Dr Debbie Ganguli and her new team, are confidently in taking the Cherry Trees Dental practice into a new era, with dentistry focusing on preventative measures. The dental team is dedicated to the maintenance and delivery of excellent dental health care with the ultimate goal of helping all our patients achieve and maintain good oral and general health. Principal Dentist Debbie Ganguli moved to Milton Keynes at the age of six months, and has lived in the city ever since. Her late father was a much loved and respected general medical practitioner who worked for the NHS for over four decades.
Debbie studied dentistry at the prestigious Guy’s Hospital Dental School, London, qualifying in 2001. During this time Debbie also became a trainer for newly qualified dentists, during their first post-graduate year.Following the birth of her daughter Ishani, Debbie made the decision to leave the Primary Care Trust to return to general practice. She brought a multitude of skills acquired from years of service in special care dentistry into her associate dentist post at a private practice in Leighton Buzzard, whilst maintaining some NHS work undertaking oral surgery case lists on behalf of both Luton and Dunstable and Milton Keynes General Hospitals. However Debbie missed the challenge of the management side of dentistry, leading to the decision to run her own practice once her daughter reached school age.
